Community of Practice 3 is led by Dr. David O’Connor, a Fellow at Stakeholder Forum and former Permanent Observer to the United Nations from the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN), and Ms. Rene Marker-Katz, an Associate at Stakeholder Forum and Funding Specialist on the planning, policy, and funding team at Arcadis.
