IntegrateSDGs seeks to engage all stakeholders to identify key interdependencies to accelerate integrated approaches to SDG implementation through innovative partnerships and actions.
Towards nature-based acceleration
The purpose of IntegrateSDGs is to promote integrated thinking and actions to advance the Sustainable Development Goals. Through Communities of Practice, IntegrateSDGs fosters collaboration among all stakeholders to explore, design and implement integrated approaches and solutions that leverage interdependencies and balance economic, social and environmental progress.
We’re building a database that will include best practices, the latest research, and other resources from around the world to strengthen the environmental dimension of the SDGs.

The SDGs and Communities of Practice
Through Communities of Practice, IntegrateSDGs aims to accelerate the adoption of integrated approaches to SDG implementation at both strategic and operational levels, including by providing opportunities to share knowledge and build networks, promoting peer learning, showcasing best practices and advocating for nature-based and socially inclusive solutions with a goal to better manage synergies and trade-offs.

There is no cost to join a Community of Practice, so once you identify the one most suitable to your work, please contact us to express your interest.
The Communities
of Practice will:
- Share knowledge and scientific research relating to integrated approaches to accelerating progress towards the SDGs and the role of nature in those efforts.
- Encourage critical exchange of ideas to advance understanding and the development of integrated policies and practice.
- Share good practices in leveraging integrated approaches that centre people and planet to accelerate progress towards the SDGs.
- Identify areas for cooperation, possible joint projects, and partnerships, including on new and emerging issues.
- Foster collaboration on future research to address research questions raised in the CoPs.
- Link field experience and practice to policy and advocacy work.
- Share and develop tool kits to facilitate integrated SDG implementation.
